Can I make these vegan or dairy free?
Vegan, no. Dairy free, yes. We haven’t found a good swap for the eggs in this recipe so unfortunately, they can’t be made vegan. For dairy free just swap out the butter for a vegan replacement like coconut oil in the brownie and sub in a clean palm shortening for the icing.
Can I use a regular pan?
Yes! An 8×8 brownie pan will work perfect here.
